ISO Accreditation

ISO 9001 is an externally assessed commitment by the PHS Group to control, monitor and improve upon our operational and administrative processes. It ensures that all personnel share a common approach and commitment to the procedural guidelines specified by this globally recognised standard.

The waste transfer sites operated by PHS Wastemanagement Healthcare are proud to be externally accredited for both ISO9001 and ISO14001.

Our ISO 14001 accreditation requires the businesses to monitor and rate every activity that we undertake according to its environmental impact. Following an assessment of any potential impacts that these activities may have on the environment, procedures, work instructions and training are put in place. These procedures are monitored closely to ensure that all controls are in place to minimise the impact that our actions may have on the environment.
