Quality Systems
At PHS, we believe that ‘Quality’ means not merely meeting our customer expectations but aiming to anticipate their requirements and responding quickly to their changing demands. To do this, we believe it is important to actively track our service performance and ensure that our carefully defined quality systems are being adhered to at all times.
Our quality system plays a fundamental role in the operation of our business and our core Group policies and procedures are enshrined in our relevant, Quality, Health and Safety, Operational and Departmental Procedures. These procedures are not merely dry reference books, but living manuals which define our services and our commitment to “get it right first time”.
Every operational process is covered by a carefully defined procedure which provides a framework under which activities are carried out by PHS personnel. Quality is therefore at the forefront of our business and the training of our employees. Our staff are actively encouraged to use these Policies and Procedures on a regular basis and all our procedures can therefore be accessed by all personnel via our company intranet. A network of authorised ISO Systems Controllers also exists to make sure that our procedures are relevant, up-to-date and reflect our day-to-day operation.
In order to ensure that we adhere to our existing systems and continue to develop them, regular audits are carried out both internally and externally.
